As a Pig Farm Worker you are saddled with the responsibility of looking after pigs, making sure that theyโre healthy and well-fed.
Your duty expectations under the ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐ฏ include:
- FeedIng of pigs and making sure that they have water.
- Keeping the pig areas neat.
- Watching after sick pigs or pigs that are hurt and inform the supervisor.
- Giving the pigs medicine or vaccines when needed.
- Helping with birthing of pigs.
- Keeping records of the health of ย pigs and birth/winning days.
- Following up with farm safety measures and animal care processes.
- Move pigs when needed.
- Fix and keep up farm areas and equipment.
