• Well grounded knowledge of hanging live poultry in a processing facility
• Experienced in working or serving in a food processing plant as a poultry hanger.
•  Have a 2-5 minute video shoot of you showing some of the  basic poultry hanging skills.
•  Care for livestock before the processing stage and also at the slaughter stage.
• Handling the  manual or mechanical removal of feathers and internal organs, know how to extract the edible offal, the removal of feet and head from poultry carcasses, trims, fillets, portions, trusses, dresses, weighs, and get it ready for packing.
•  Handling of the manual or mechanical process of checking hanging, use the weighing labeling, packing & stacking of finished products as expected.
• In charge of  quality assurance, maintenance of food hygiene,monitor other food production KPIs and supervise others conducting tasks as required.
• You should have a Newly renewed passport
• A Good communication skills in English Language
