1. Candidates should have a fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017).
2.  A Candidate’s Performance rating in the current position for the previous rating period (as required).
3. For candidates seeking to get into positions that practices profession (the likes of Accountant, Attorney, Doctor and Nurse, to mention but a few.): They are required to present athenticated and Valid Professional License that they as issued to them by the PRC.
